CREATE A UNIQUE NUNO FELTED SCARF WRAP with Pamela Bates
Nuno felting is a technique of felting merino fibres to blend with silk, producing a unique and stunning result which can be used to create a variety of individual fashion accessories. In this one day workshop learn how to design and construct a Nuno felted scarf wrap using this technique, how to blend other fibre decorations and finish your scarf professionally to produce a unique garment. Materials required.

MOSAIC WEEKEND with Penny Stuart
This will be a weekend of fun and creativity, for beginners or those who have done some Mosaics, for you to make a unique and colourful mosaic project. such as a small table top, mirror frame or birdbath. Ideas limited only by your imagination. Both direct and indirect methods will be covered. Some designs and equipment will be provided but materials will be required, depending on your project.

WATERCOLOURS BOLD & BEAUTIFUL with Lyn Butchart
This course offers a unique approach to watercolours and covers a wide range of subject matter, including applied and implied surfaces, composition, colour mixing and drawing simplified. Beginners to advanced students are welcome. This free flowing style and vibrant colour appeal to all ages. LEADLIGHTING with Penny Stuart
Join in the great atmosphere of this class to discover the joy of leadlighting. Penny’s patient guidance will assist you to understand the many aspects of leadlighting, including design considerations, selection and cutting of glass, the leading process, soldering, cementing and polishing. Students will need to purchase their own materials and a few basic tools.

PASTELS - WILDLIFE & NATURE with Lyn Butchart
This course is designed for all levels from beginners to intermediates who want to explore and expand their knowledge and skills. Learn how to obtain your maximum potential. Colour, composition and detail work will be demonstrated. Particular attention will be paid to the detail of painting eyes, as well as implied surfaces. Learn how to use pastel as a boost to other medium to reinforce colour, shape and form. A follow on course may be offered to those interested in continuing. Materials required.

FABRIC DYEING WORKSHOP with Zoe MacDonell
In this one day workshop discover the ancient art of Shibori, a traditional fabric dyeing technique. You will create intricate patterns through resisting areas of the fabric by binding, wrapping, clamping, folding and knotting the cloth. This will be completed with natural plant dyes including indigo. Your finished designs will be completed on natural fabrics such as cotton, linen or silk. All dyes included in cost.

BEACH WORMING with Mark Smith
It is an old adage in fishing circles “Where you find the bait you’ll find the fish”. This is particularly true in regard to beach fishing. If you can find and catch some beach worms your chances of catching many beach species of fish are dramatically increased. So if you want to increase your catches of whiting, bream, mulloway and other species from the beach, learn to find and catch beach worms. There are plenty to be found on our beaches. But you will need patience and perseverance. This workshop will show you the basics of where, when and how to catch beach worms. The patience and perseverance will be up to you. But watch your catches increase when you succeed.
