BSBCMN308A Maintain financial records
This course covers the skills and knowledge required to maintain accurate
financial records in a range of business contexts, beginning with generic
bookkeeping skills and principles, which can be adapted to meet specific
industry needs. This course also teaches how to operate the MYOB computerised
accounting program, providing the skills required for understanding
and operating MYOB at a confident level. Content will include setting
up and customising company files, processing transactions, sales, invoicing,
purchasing, and using BAS link for GST purposes. Comprehensive course
manuals on Bookkeeping and MYOB are included in the course fee.

TAA40104 CERTIFICATE IV IN TRAINING
AND ASSESSMENT
This training is the new standard for new trainers. It is a nationally
recognised qualification accredited in NSW by VETAB and replaces the
Cert IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. These modules are available
for those that have already completed at least The Learning Environment
module. To gain the Certificate IV qualification four modules must be
completed.
Module 3: Workplace Assessment and Validation TAAASS401A,
TAAASS402A, TAAASS403A, TAAASS404A
Plan and organise the assessment process in a competency based assessment
system. You will develop assessment tools, participate in assessment

AUSTRALIAN SKILLS VOUCHERS PROGRAM - WORK SKILLS VOUCHERS
The Australian Skills Vouchers Program is a new Australian Government
initiative (administered by the Department of Education, Science
and Training) which aims to improve the basic skills of Australia's
workforce. Under this Program we are able to offer free training
to people over 25 who are without Year 12 or other formal qualifications.
Anyone without Year 12 or a Certificate II qualification or
above is eligible for Work Skills Vouchers valued to $3000 and

CHC30402 CERTIFICATE III CHILDREN’S
SERVICES
This course is the national qualification for child care workers and
will suit those wishing to work with children or already involved in
child care. The course covers interesting aspects of child development,
play support, behaviour management and health and safety. Students are
assisted to obtain Work Experience (80 hours) in which they conduct
activities, make observations and collect a portfolio of children's
work. Occupations for which this qualification may be applicable include:
Child Care Assistant; Family Day Carer; Nanny; Out of School Hours Care
Assistant; Unqualified Child Care Worker. Enrolments are being accepted
immediately and the class size is limited. Included in course is all
materials needed to complete this qualification and insurance for Work
Experience. This course is Centrelink approved for Austudy payments.

CHC30102 CERTIFICATE III IN AGED CARE
WORK
This nationally accredited course is designed to equip students to provide
support to elderly individuals, and is ideal for those that want to
work in the aged care sector in a range of residential aged care facilities,
or in the community services and health industry. Employment opportunities
following successful completion of the course include Assistant in Nursing,
Support Worker, Carer, In-Home Respite Carer, Personal Care Giver, Home
Care, Community House Worker and Care Service Employees. The course
includes a variety of modules including OH&S, dementia care, body
systems, legal issues etc and gives students sufficient knowledge to
pass the entry test for enrolled nurse. Fees include work books, nursing

OH&S & INDUSTRY
CHEMCERT TRAINING with Barry

For anyone who works on the land or in the bush using pesticides or
herbicides there are strict government guidelines and all who work with
these chemicals must be licensed. This two day course is designed for
those without a ChemCert licence and covers all aspects of purchasing,
storing, handling and using pesticides and herbicides. In addition participants
will receive a statement of attainment of units from the Conservation
and Land Management training package.

CHEMCERT REACCREDITATION
with Barry Hayes
The Australian government requires all people who work with chemicals
used in the control of animals and weeds to be formally licensed. These
licences must be renewed every five years. This course is a refresher
course for those who hold current licences which will expire in 2007.
The one day course covers calibration, storage and handling of pesticides
and herbicides and re-accredits licence holders for a further five years.

OHS 2 - BLUECARD
This course is designed to reinforce the importance of safety while
operating as a traffic controller. In one day you can complete both
the Traffic Control with Stop/Slow Bat and NSW Bluecard, or complete
either course individually. For working on the roads with RTA, enrolment
in the Blue Card (OH&S 2) course is highly recommended but is not
required by all employers. Prerequisite: OH&S Induction for Construction

(RCG)
This program has been developed to give recognition to and an understanding
of the community issues that are related to gambling. Legislation now
